Only the second live album released over James Taylor's extensive career, One Man Band came out in 2007. Recorded at the Colonial Theatre near Taylor's home in Massachussetts, this live recording spans the singer-songwriter's entire career, from the classics to some of his more recent songs. The live performances are interspersed with Taylor's insightful and humorous anecdotes on the inspiration for the songs. Taylor is accompanied on most of the material by only his guitar and veteran pianist Larry Goldings.
