"... Change Is Everything is vintage Son Lux, with a startling mix of chopped up rhythms and sonic curiosities set against lyrics that are both grand and minimal."

"... a powerful commentary on the state of the world today ... encapsulates this invigorating sense of activism and desire to tackle chaos head-on."
- Consequence of Sound

Son Lux has always been the solo brainchild of Ryan Lott, who would recruit vocalists and other musicians as required on each of his albums. With the release of Bones, however, Son Lux is now an actual trio with the addition of bandmates Ian Chang on drums and Rafiq Bhatia on guitar. The material on Bones draws on the unique and omnivorous musical influences and experiences of the three members. The music is a call to action, a document of personal and collective uprising, resonating in architectural, vivid sound.

What is High-Resolution Audio?

High-resolution audio offers the highest-fidelity available, far surpassing the sound quality of traditional CDs. When you listen to music on a CD or tracks purchased via consumer services such as iTunes, you are hearing a low-resolution version of what was actually recorded and mastered in the studio. ProStudioMasters offers the original studio masters — exactly as the artist, producers and sound engineers mastered them — for download, directly to you.

What do I need for playback?

You may need additional software / hardware to take full advantage of the higher 24-bit high-res audio formats, but any music lover that has heard 16-bit vs 24-bit will tell you it's worth it!
