This hard bop album from saxophonist Jackie McLean, recorded and released in 1960, features musicians Blue Mitchell on trumpet, Paul Chambers on bass, drummer Art Taylor and pianist Walter Bishop, Jr. who also contributes two of the six songs here. Capuchin Swing is one of McLean's earliest albums for Blue Note, where he would remain under contract until 1967.
