"... a return to the Rocketman’s musical roots ... an energetic affair."
- The Guardian

... with it comes the rollicking, upbeat first single Looking Up ..."
- Rolling Stone

Elton John teams up with producer T-Bone Burnett once again for Wonderful Crazy Night, the first album in a decade to feature John's regular band members and the 33rd of his career. With all songs co-written by John and his longtime lyricist Bernie Taupin, Wonderful Crazy Night was preceded by the release of three singles: Looking Up, Blue Wonderful and the title track. This deluxe edition contains two bonus songs.

"I want this to be a rock record, but I've never really been that great at writing a lot of uptempo songs together ... (it's) the most uptempo album I've made since (1975's) Rock Of The Westies ..."

What is High-Resolution Audio?

High-resolution audio offers the highest-fidelity available, far surpassing the sound quality of traditional CDs. When you listen to music on a CD or tracks purchased via consumer services such as iTunes, you are hearing a low-resolution version of what was actually recorded and mastered in the studio. ProStudioMasters offers the original studio masters — exactly as the artist, producers and sound engineers mastered them — for download, directly to you.

What do I need for playback?

You may need additional software / hardware to take full advantage of the higher 24-bit high-res audio formats, but any music lover that has heard 16-bit vs 24-bit will tell you it's worth it!
