The 1978 debut from Rick James sold over two million copies in the US thanks to its two hits, notably the number 13 single You And I which charted on three different Billboard formats. One of James's most successful records, Come Get It! peaked at number 13 and was a number three R&B album in the US. This reissue includes a bonus track, You And I, extended and remixed by John Morales.
