"... Clapton's singing, through experience, growing confidence and a touching candor has become as distinctive and as eloquent as his playing."
- Rolling Stone

The title of Eric Clapton's 1975 album was his self-effacing reply to repeatedly being told he was the greatest guitarist in the world. Clapton's third solo album was recorded in Jamaica on the heels of his smash hit 461 Ocean Boulevard. While similar in some respects to its predecessor, There's One In Every Crowd reflected its recording environment with the addition of reggae influences on several songs. The album reached number 21 on the Billboard 200 while the single Swing Low Sweet Chariot was a top 20 British hit.

"... in Kingston, Jamaica, no matter where you go, the music’s in the air. Everyone is singing all the time, even the maids at the hotel, and it really gets into your blood."
- Eric Clapton

What is High-Resolution Audio?

High-resolution audio offers the highest-fidelity available, far surpassing the sound quality of traditional CDs. When you listen to music on a CD or tracks purchased via consumer services such as iTunes, you are hearing a low-resolution version of what was actually recorded and mastered in the studio. ProStudioMasters offers the original studio masters — exactly as the artist, producers and sound engineers mastered them — for download, directly to you.

What do I need for playback?

You may need additional software / hardware to take full advantage of the higher 24-bit high-res audio formats, but any music lover that has heard 16-bit vs 24-bit will tell you it's worth it!
