Rhino Entertainment Company presents the previously unreleased concert album, Lightnin’ in a Bottle: The Official Live Album, from legendary Atlanta rock n' roll band The Georgia Satellites The release documents the band's 18-song set recorded at the Cleveland club Peabody’s in 1988, following the release of the band’s second album Open All Night and the major success of their breakthrough hit “Keep Your Hands to Yourself.” The set mixes tracks from the band's 1986 debut and Open All Night, along with covers from the Ramones, George Jones, and Chuck Berry. “Somebody made the comment that ["Keep Your Hands to Yourself"] was the song that saved rock & roll and ruined country music at the same time. It meant, it brought rock & roll back to its roots for a few minutes, but it turned the corner on country being afraid of dumb loud guitars.” - Dan Baird (Vocalist/Guitarist)

What is High-Resolution Audio?

High-resolution audio offers the highest-fidelity available, far surpassing the sound quality of traditional CDs. When you listen to music on a CD or tracks purchased via consumer services such as iTunes, you are hearing a low-resolution version of what was actually recorded and mastered in the studio. ProStudioMasters offers the original studio masters — exactly as the artist, producers and sound engineers mastered them — for download, directly to you.

What do I need for playback?

You may need additional software / hardware to take full advantage of the higher 24-bit high-res audio formats, but any music lover that has heard 16-bit vs 24-bit will tell you it's worth it!
