Portland, Oregon's Kelli Schaefer blends the expansive noise and incisive shadow of PJ Harvey with the fearless abandon of Nick Cave and the vocal play of Björk on her sophomore release No Identity. Art-pop with depth and vision, the album is the product of a talent who not only carved out a space for herself but has grown into a voice with the potential to shape a landscape. Together with producer Drew Grow (Modern Kin) and bandmates Ryan Lynch and Jeremiah Hayden, Schaefer worked tirelessly over the course of 2015 and into 2016 to create No Identity, which reflects her personal growth and challenges during that period.
