The legendary Jorma Kaukonen, known for creating Jefferson Airplane's distinctive guitar sound, continues to bring his blues-infused musicianship to audiences, having maintained an extensive touring schedule since his tenure with the band. The majority of those concerts were recorded, and this release documents Kaukonen's April 2017 show at the Space at Westbury Theatre. These live recordings feature his renditions of classic blues standards that are sure to please even the strictest blues purist, including Death Don't Have No Mercy and That'll Never Happen No More as well as Jefferson Airplane favourites Good Shepherd and Trial By Fire.
