Under One Sun is the brainchild of drummer Jamey Haddad and saxophonist Billy Drewes and brings together eight musicians from across generations and cultures, melding jazz with elements of Indian classical, Arabic, and South American music. A dynamic, vibrant, and beautifully cohesive musical project, the ensemble winds its way through nine improvisatory works, most composed by Drewes, on this self-titled release.
