Piano for Kids with Joseph & Anthony Paratore is an entertaining introduction to classical music masterpieces. The most popular classical music works are recounted in a lively and exciting way. The series consists of 6 episodes in which popular works suitable for children are presented. Episode 2 discusses two of Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart's Piano Sonatas: The Sonata in C major, K. 19d, is a work for piano four-hands in the traditional sonata form once thought to be composed by a nine-year-old Mozart in England in 1765. The second work is his Sonata for Two Pianos in D major, K. 448, one of his few compositions written for two pianos. Written in sonata-allegro form with interlocking melodies and simultaneous cadences, the sonata was composed for a performance Mozart would give with fellow pianist Josepha Auernhammer.

What is High-Resolution Audio?

High-resolution audio offers the highest-fidelity available, far surpassing the sound quality of traditional CDs. When you listen to music on a CD or tracks purchased via consumer services such as iTunes, you are hearing a low-resolution version of what was actually recorded and mastered in the studio. ProStudioMasters offers the original studio masters — exactly as the artist, producers and sound engineers mastered them — for download, directly to you.

What do I need for playback?

You may need additional software / hardware to take full advantage of the higher 24-bit high-res audio formats, but any music lover that has heard 16-bit vs 24-bit will tell you it's worth it!
