Described as "almost a remix album", Re: This Is Why features reworked, remixed, and rewritten versions of songs from the the original album, as well as an unreleased B-side demo. The project features collaborations from Foals, The Linda Lindas, Panda Bear, Zane Lowe, Wet Leg, DOMi & JD BECK, Remi Wolf, Bartees Strange, Romy, Claud, and Julien Baker!
