Cloudy Heads are a French and British alternative rock band formed in Paris, France, in September 2020. The band consists of Ian Robertson (lead vocals/guitar), Clément Frétault (drums), Baptiste Molle (guitar/backing vocals/keyboards), and Théo Ouchène (bass).
Their first EP Trying To Orbit The Sun is a first overview of Cloudy Heads' universe, where we find some of their principle influences including Muse, Radiohead, the Arctic Monkeys, and a touch of The Strokes. In the summer of 2021, the band recorded their 2nd EP entitled What Now?. This EP further shaped Cloudy Heads' musical universe with a more powerful revolted raw dramatic sound, whistle also showing their soft and emotional side.
The band returned to the studio in the summer of 2022 to record their first album, Back To Equilibrium. The 10 track album depicts the emotional trip in search for mental balance and stability. Their album is also a little look back in time with musical influences going from the 60's and 70's to the late 90's, all while staying in line with modern music.
