Recorded in New York City, the original single was written and produced by Grande, Max Martin, and Ilya Salmanzadeh. The dancefloor-friendly house-flavored pop track interpolates Madonna’s “Vogue,” and finds Grande addressing intrigue about her personal life. “Your business is yours and mine is mine” she sings in the bridge.
