French rap act Bigflo & Oli is an unlikely young duo consisting of conservatory-trained musicians and brothers Bigflo (drums) and Oli (trumpet). After three years of performing on the local scene in their native Toulouse and impressing audiences at rap competitions, the brothers released this highly anticipated introductory EP.
"We have a mother who listens to a lot of French song and a salsa-singing father. We wrote poems; we were doing rap without knowing it. Rap allowed us to mix the passion we had for writing with our love of music."
