THE NAIL is a fantastic new musical alliance featuring one of the most gifted vocalists of the new generation Girish Pradhan (Girish & The Chronicles, The End Machine) together with Efe and Rais Ali Eroglu, two very young kids (21 and 16 years old respectively) who – under the guidance of their father, producer Cenk Eroglu - created a new hard rock monster set to fire up the scene in 2024! Following the acclaim that Girish Pradhan received with Girish & The Chronicles releases during 2022, there was a high demand for his services and after appearing on Joel Hoekstra’s 13 and The End Machine album, the Frontiers label President Serafino Perugino wanted to tailor something specifically for his vocals and abilities. Under suggestion from Kip Winger, Cenk Eroglu was brought in to write some songs and work on ideas with Girish. While several names have been thrown in at the beginning, Efe and Rais Ali Eroglu were immediately brought in to complete the musical team for The Nail. The final result is just above and beyond any expectation. The album opens with the amazing “Hit And Run” a melodic number which presents immediately the mood of the albm with heavy riffs, catchy melodies and souful vocals from Girish, who explores the full range of his vocals. The album offers a great balance of heavier material (“Soul Screamer”, the bastard child of Judas Priest’s “Painkiller”, “Underdog” and the title track) and very melodic numbers (“Broken”, “Walk the Line”, “No Time to Burn” and “Fall Back Now”). Influences from Dio, latter day Winger and all the classic metal from the 80’s can be found on the album that also shows the abilities of one of the top guitarists of the new generation Efe Eroglu (chosen by Nuno Bettencourt, John 5, Bubmblefoot, Reb Beach and Andy Timmons as top shredder on the “Monsters Of Rock Cruise Shred Contest” in 2021). An absolute blast of an album that won’t leave your stereo for a long time!

What is High-Resolution Audio?

High-resolution audio offers the highest-fidelity available, far surpassing the sound quality of traditional CDs. When you listen to music on a CD or tracks purchased via consumer services such as iTunes, you are hearing a low-resolution version of what was actually recorded and mastered in the studio. ProStudioMasters offers the original studio masters — exactly as the artist, producers and sound engineers mastered them — for download, directly to you.

What do I need for playback?

You may need additional software / hardware to take full advantage of the higher 24-bit high-res audio formats, but any music lover that has heard 16-bit vs 24-bit will tell you it's worth it!
