Keyboardist Wayne Marshall does double duty as soloist on premiere recordings of two works by James MacMillan, conducted by the composer himself. Marshall is at the organ for A Scotch Bestiary and the piano for the Piano Concerto No. 2, accompanied on both pieces by the BBC Philharmonic Orchestra.
