Hijos del Mediterráneo pays homage to Joan Manuel Serrat's classic 1971 album, Mediterráneo, which has left its mark on different generations of Spaniard and Latin Americans. The project is released under the direction of Amaro Ferreiro, with production by Ricky Falkner.
Featuring 10 artists performing each of the original's 10 tracks, the spirt of the 48-year old album is captured incorporating a modern essence and current techniques.
