On Darkness Drips Forth, Finnish death/doom band Hooded Menace expands its writing across four cataclysmically dense tracks, nearly all of which exceed 10 minutes each. Cavernous vocals preside over mastermind Lasse Pykkö's rumbling riffs while an unshakable rhythmic core provides a grim backbone for the record.
