Legendary drummer Steve Gadd returned home to Rochester, New York to celebrate his 70th birthday in 2015 on stage with his family, friends and his veteran bandmates Michael Landau on guitar, Jimmy Johnson on bass, Larry Goldings on organ and Walt Fowler on horns. (The quintet also happens to be James Taylor’s touring band.) The festivities were recorded for both this album and a companion DVD.
